All clients/schools will be required to sign and agree that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions provided by Daly Exercise on

Unless a complete payment is made of the agreed fee, paying a deposit is a legally binding commitment to pay the balance within the communicated time frame. A payment is always required when making the booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the booking being cancelled and all payments made to date will be forfeited without liability on behalf of “Daly Exercise”.

All course bookings will be confirmed by “Daly Exercise” in writing to the school administration email/email provided by the staff member making the booking.

All payments due to “Daly Exercise” shall be made without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement, bank charges or otherwise.

No payments will be deemed to be made until “Daly Exercise” receives full payment in cleared funds.

"Daly Exercise" will send receipts to the email address provided during the booking process in electronic format only, and only upon receiving payment.

Payment for the workshop/s must be received at least one week prior to the start of the workshop. If the payment is not received, "Daly Exercise" reserves the right to refuse to do the workshop/s.

The school has the right to cancel their workshop booking and obtain a refund of any deposit paid to date if the school informs us at least 28 calendar days prior to the start date of the workshop. Deposits are non-refundable so a partial retainment from the amount paid will be held if the school informs "Daly Exercise" within 27-14 days. No refund is offered if the School cancels the workshop 13-0 days before the workshop booking. Schools are also required to notify "Daly Exercise" at least 10 days before the start of the workshop should they not wish to go through with the workshop/s.

The school must notify “Daly Exercise” in writing via e-mail to if they wish to transfer their original booking to an alternative date.


All complaints must be submitted by e-mail to in which a school states dissatisfaction regarding any area or service. Verbal complaints alone won't be accepted.

Complaints will be handled in a fair and timely manner. "Daly Exercise" will respond to the complaint within 10 working days of receiving the e-mail.
